Collect and Process Meter Reads and Miscellaneous Charges process describes the sequence of events that occur when the following situations take place: • Meter Read is obtained and loaded in to the system where it gets validated, processes and become available for Billing • Meter Read has been obtained and charges were calculated by Third Party Service Provider, who wants system to include path through charges into the Bill. CC&B uploads Billable Charges , validates , processes based on the business requirements and makes them available for Billing Company provides additional Services and requests Customer to pay for these services. System allows creating these Charges based on the business rules and practice. These charges are validated and become available for billing.
